QGGH Retreats
When? twice a year, usually in February and October.
Where? Camp Lone Star in LaGrange, although it's been held elsewhere.
Why? to spend a weekend QUILTING, in the company of others who are doing the same.
What else? Eating! Wonderful meals, lots of snacks.
Anything more? The BEST: classes conducted by our very own QGGH members. Usually there are three classes to choose from, or you can do your own thing.
And you say you want more detail?Details are published in the newsletter a few months before retreat. But generally, it's a first come, first served system. We share rides and bedrooms, and irons and ironing boards, and lots of camaraderie. The cost? $125 for members, $135 for non-members. Included are 2 nights lodging, 5 meals, and snacks.
