Registration forms received or postmarked prior to these dates will be accepted as if registering during Open Registration. Blank forms will be made available at the December, January, August and September meetings. Registration forms will be accepted in the order received, must be accompanied by a deposit, and must be given to or mailed to the retreat chairman responsible for registration.
