Retreat Registration Policies
and Procedures
Member Registration
Members may register on or after the first day of the month just prior to retreat (example: Jan. 1 for Feb. retreat, Sept. 1 for Oct. retreat). Registration forms received or postmarked prior to these dates will be accepted as if registering during Open Registration. Blank forms will be made available at the December, January, August and September meetings. Registration forms will be accepted in the order received, must be accompanied by a deposit, and must be given to or mailed to the retreat chairman responsible for registration. Other retreat chairmen or committee members cannot accept registration forms.
Open Registration
Non-members may begin registering the first day after the January evening meeting for the spring retreat and the first day after the September evening meeting for the fall retreat. Registration forms received or postmarked prior to these dates will not be accepted. Once open registration begins, registration forms will be accepted in the order received regardless of membership status (member or non-member), must be accompanied by a deposit, and must be given to or mailed to the retreat chairman responsible for registration. Other retreat chairmen or committee members cannot accept registration forms.
Deposit and Balance
A $35.00 deposit will be required with the initial registration. Registration forms will not be accepted without a deposit. The balance of the fee will be due not later than the evening meeting just prior to the retreat or 10 days prior to the retreat, whichever comes first.
Refunds
Cancellations -- Your deposit will be refunded if there is someone
on the waiting list to take your place.
Waiting list -- All funds received for anyone still on the waiting
list will be refunded.
Other -- Decisions regarding refunds for extenuating circumstances
will be made at the discretion of the retreat chairmen.
